A Poem by | Frederick Coles

I received this poem from Keith Thompson who in turn got it from his mother. As you can see it is a scan from a newspaper. It is quite old and we do not know which paper it came from, if you know please tell us.

A Finedon boy of days gone by, Memories came flooding back as I sit and sigh, I went of to Kent and found a wife, And that’s where I’ve been for the rest of my life.
Frederick Coles
With memories of the late 1920s and 30s
Late of Well Street and Irthlingborough Road, Finedon
